Open https://runsheet.clawhard.com, name the event, pick the date and a template, and tap "Create run sheet". 2. Edit slots: time, length, what's happening, where and who is on it. 3. Tap Share. Send guests the view-only link and each vendor their own filtered link. Keep the edit link private. 4. On the day, tap +5, +10 or +15 to shift everything after the current slot, and use the Now screen backstage. ## Use it from an AI assistant or script - `GET https://runsheet.clawhard.com/api/v1/templates`: Lists the starter run sheets (wedding, conference, photo shoot, blank) with their default times, so you can pick one or adapt it before creating a run sheet. - `POST https://runsheet.clawhard.com/api/v1/create_runsheet`: Creates a Runsheet: a live, shareable schedule for an event day (wedding, shoot, conference, any timed run of show). Start from a template or send your own items. Returns a view-only link for guests and vendors and a private edit link for the planner. Keep the edit link secret: anyone with it can change the schedule. ## Limits - Up to 200 slots per run sheet, within one event day (up to 36 hours). Run sheets are kept about 400 days after the last change; demos 2 days. - Anyone with the edit link can change the schedule. Keep it private. View links are read-only. - API: creating run sheets is limited per client. ## Privacy - No accounts. A run sheet lives under a long random link and is not listed or indexed by search engines. - The edit key is kept in the link fragment (#k=...), which browsers do not send to servers. ## Plans - Runsheet: no payment needed. No sign-up. ## Common questions **How do I make a wedding day timeline?** Open Runsheet, choose the Wedding template, set the date, and edit the times, places and vendors. Share the live link so the photographer, DJ, caterer and venue all see the same schedule. **What is a run of show or run sheet?** It is the minute-by-minute schedule for an event day: what happens, when, where and who is responsible. Runsheet keeps it as one live page everyone can follow on their phone. **What do I do when the event is running late?** Tap +5, +10 or +15 on the current slot. Every later slot moves by that amount and each vendor's link shows the new times within seconds. **Can each vendor see only their part?** Yes. Runsheet gives each vendor their own link that shows just the slots they are on, while the planner and guests can see the whole day. **Do my vendors need accounts?** No. Everything works from links. Guests and vendors use view-only links. Only the edit link can change the schedule, so keep it private. **Can an AI assistant create a run sheet for me?** Yes.
